The #1 reason wrap labels wrinkle is physics: taper. If the bottle is wider at the top than the bottom, a rectangular label cannot wrap perfectly straight.
The seam test
Hold a ruler against the side of your bottle. If you see a gap at the top or bottom, the bottle is tapered.
